阿里巴巴商学院成立于2008年10月31日，是杭州师范大学与阿里巴巴集团共建的校企合作学院，杭师大著名校友、阿里巴巴集团董事局主席马云先生出任学院首任理事长、院长。

Alibaba Business School was founded in October 2008 by Alibaba Group and Hangzhou Normal University, Jack Ma’s alma mater. Ma is the school’s first board chairman and dean.

学院以培养数字经济时代创新型优秀管理人才和创业者为使命，致力于商业和管理理论创新，努力成为新型商学院的标杆。

With the mission of cultivating innovative and outstanding management talents and entrepreneurs in the era of digital economy, the school is committed to the innovation of business and management theory, and strives to become the benchmark of the new business school.

商学院现有电子商务、国际商务、大数据管理与应用、市场营销、物流管理、旅游管理等六个本科专业，3个硕士研究方向，全日制研究生、本科生、留学生共1700余人。其中有来自24个国家的留学生近200名。

The Business School currently has 6 undergraduate majors including eCommerce, International Commerce, Big Data Management and Application, Marketing, Logistics Management, Tourism Management, and 3 graduate majors, in total of 1700 full-time students, including graduate students, undergraduates and international students. Among them, there are about 200 international students from 24 different countries.

    2. 专业特色 Characteristics

学院通过融入阿里巴巴优秀企业文化、企业全程参与、创新创业教育全程贯通、与产业发展紧密结合，建立了一套创新创业型互联网商务人才培养的“阿里巴巴模式”。

Through the integration of Alibaba's excellent corporate culture, the whole process of enterprise participation, the whole process of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and the close integration with industrial development, the college has established a set of innovative and entrepreneurial Internet business talent training "Alibaba model".

◆专注于互联网商务：阿里巴巴商学院专注于数字经济时代人才的培养，专业方向集中在互联网相关的电子商务、网络营销、国际商务、物流管理以及大数据分析和智能商务等。

Focusing on Internet Business: Alibaba Business School is dedicated to cultivation of talents in the digital economy era, and the majors' direction focuses on internet-related eCommerce, network marketing, international business, logistics management, big data analysis, and smart business, etc.

◆校企合作办学：阿里巴巴商学院和阿里巴巴集团共同建设、共同管理整个学院，并在最大程度上做到学校和企业资源共享，使学生收获最前沿的互联网知识。

University & Enterprise Cooperation: Alibaba Business School and Alibaba Group jointly carry out construction and management for the entire school, and achieve the resource sharing between the school and the enterprise to the maximum extent, so as to make students obtain the most cutting-edge internet knowledge.

◆理论与实践并重：理论探索与产业发展紧密结合，学生学习与实践同步。并建立了进阶式创新创业平台。学生在校期间利用所学知识进行互联网创业的案例非常普遍。

Combination of theory and practice: Theoretical exploration is closely combined with industrial development, and students' learning is synchronous with practice. The school sets up the advanced innovation and entrepreneurship platform. It is very common that the students practice the knowledge and start the internet business in the school.

    3. 师资队伍 Faculty Team

学院师资队伍雄厚、教学科研成果丰硕。全职师资100余人，博士占比 84%， 还有由阿里巴巴集团高管及社会各界专家学者组成的兼职教师队伍200余人。

ABS not only has a strong teaching faculty, but also has fruitful teaching and scientific research results. There are more than 100 full-time teachers, and 84% of them have doctorates. There are over 200 part-time teachers, including Alibaba Group executives, experts and scholars.

    4.  国际合作 International Cooperation

教育国际化是阿里巴巴商学院的重点发展战略之一。2018年学院联合海内外知名高校、培训机构共同成立了“全球跨境电商教育联盟”（GET联盟），主持制定跨境电子商务人才培养新标准，并每年举办GET全球商业创新大赛。学院积极参与马云以“联合国贸易和发展会议”名义发起的“互联网创业者计划项目”，为马来西亚，泰国，南非等30多个国家的200多名创业者、企业家、妇女进行培训与赋能。同时，学院与美国、澳大利亚、瑞士、英国、印尼等多个国家的知名高校建立了合作与学术交流关系。

Education globalization is one of the key development strategies of Alibaba Business School. In 2018, ABS established "Global eCommerce Talent Network" (GET Network) together with domestic and overseas well-known universities and training institutions. ABS presided at the formulation of new standards for cross-border eCommerce talent training and held GET Global Business Innovation Competitions every year. ABS participates in the "eFounders Fellowship Program" launched by Jack Ma in the name of UNCTAD (United Nations Conference on Trade and Development), training and empowering more than 200 entrepreneurs, businessmen and women from more than 30 countries including Malaysia, Thailand and South Africa. At the same time, the school has established cooperative and academic exchange relations with well-known universities in the United States, Australia, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Indonesia and other countries.

商学院与阿里巴巴集团、欧盟科技框架项目组联合成立了复杂科学研究中心、产业互联网研究中心、中欧联合实验室等校企合作、国际合作研究机构。

The business school , Alibaba Group and the EU Science and Technology Framework Project Group have jointly established research institutions for school-enterprise cooperation and international cooperation such as the Complex Scientific Research Center, the Industrial Internet Research Center, and the China-EU Joint Laboratory.
