国际商务专业(跨境电商方向)培养方案
(2021级国际学生)
一、培养目标
本专业主要培养海外来华留学生的优秀商业素质、领导力和创新能力,使其具备较强的互联网思维和跨文化交流能力,掌握跨境电子商务理论、实务及相关专业知识,熟练运用现代信息技术手段开展商务活动,能参与和适应数字经济时代工作的竞争与挑战,成为有梦想、有激情、有社会责任感和国际视野的创新型国际商务人才。
二、培养标准
本专业人才培养将完全与国际接轨。同时结合中国本土情境下的管理学特点,强调国际视野和实地应用,注重案例教学。本专业学生通过学习经济学、管理学、国际贸易、跨境电子商务、数据分析方面的基本理论和基础知识,接受系统的互联网思维和国际商务训练,初步具备从事国际贸易、数字金融、跨境电商业务能力。本专业采用双语授课。
通过本专业的学习,学生应获得以下几方面的知识、能力和素质:
1.本专业知识:掌握经济管理基本理论,具有扎实的国际贸易、国际金融、跨境电商基础知识;了解全球数字贸易理论前沿、政策规则和实践发展;了解中国的经济、人文、地理和发展状况。
2.综合运用能力:具备国际贸易、国际金融、跨境电商业务能力和国际企业管理能力,有较强的市场敏感度。
3.国际化与现代化:具备良好的中文能力、熟练的计算机运用能力和初步的商务数据分析能力,能够胜任与中国开展商务活动和文化交流工作。
4.分析问题:了解全球数字贸易的相关理论,关注学科发展动态,用创新性方法获取知识、分析和解决商务问题,并得出有效结论。
5.人文素质:具有国际视野、创业精神、社会责任、人文关怀、公民意识等方面的素质。
三、培养特色
本专业定位于面向数字经济新时代,能顺应数字化、网络化、智能化技术范式及商业趋势的研究与实践。

四、专业核心课程
经济学原理、管理学、信息经济学、国际贸易理论与实务、数字经济原理、数字化转型实战、跨境电商平台运营、网络营销、国际市场营销、大数据分析与实践、消费者行为学、公司金融、电子商务前沿、创业管理、创新与商业模式设计。
五、社会实践与科学研究
1.学生根据学校和学院的要求参加实习和社会实践。至少参与执行一项国际商务或跨境电子商务项目策划和经营管理实践。
2.学生毕业前应提交毕业设计并通过毕业设计答辩。
六、学制、学位及学分要求
1.学制:本专业的基本学制为4年,最长不超过6年;
2.修满学分,达到学校规定的授予学士学位标准,授予管理学学士学位;
3.本专业毕业学分要求:136。
4.通过中国汉语水平考试(HSK)四级考试。
七、课程设置和学分分配
(一)课程设置:分为理论教学环节和实践教学环节。其中,理论课程占65%,实践课程占35%。

八、汉语课程的免修相关规定
通过HSK3级,可免修汉语一级至三级课程;通过HSK4级,可免修汉语一级至四级课程;通过HSK5级,可免修汉语一级至五级课程;免修的汉语课程,经认证后认可获得相应课程的学分。

u I. Objectives
The program develops international students’ commercial acumen, leadership and innovation capacity in order to equip them with the strong Internet thinking necessary for intercultural communication and competence. Students will acquire theoretical, practical and specialized knowledge of cross-border e-commerce, and most importantly, they are able to expertly use modern information technology in business and play an active part and embrace the competitions and challenges of knowledge work in digital economy. The ultimate purpose is to cultivate innovative professional talents for international business who have dreams, passions, social responsibility and a true international vision.
u II. Standards
This program will train students in accordance with international standards. At the same time, according to managerial characteristics of Chinese local context, we will emphasize internationalization, application and case method teaching. The students will study International Marketing, Internet Marketing, Cross-border Commerce, Data Analysis and other courses, all of which will incorporate theoretical analysis and practical operation. The major adopt bilingual teaching.
1. Specialized Knowledge. Students should master the basic theory of Economics, Management, International trade, International finance, and basic knowledge on cross-border e-commerce; grasp the frontier theory of global digital trade, policies and practices; develop insights on China's economy, humanities, geography and development.
2. Comprehensive practicing ability. Students should possess the capability of participating in international trade, international finance, cross-border e-commerce, develop competency in international enterprise management, and be equipped with strong market sensitivity.
3. Internationalization and Modernization. Students should develop good communication skills in Chinese, proficient computer application ability and preliminary business data analysis ability, which ensure their competence for business activities and cultural exchanges with China.
4. Business analysis capacity. Students should understand relevant theories of global digital trade, pay close attention to the development of the discipline, and are able to use innovative methods to acquire knowledge, analyze and solve business problems, and come to effective conclusions.
5. Humanities quality: Students should have the qualities of international vision, entrepreneurial spirit, social responsibility, humanistic care, and citizen awareness.
u III. Characteristics
Embracing the new era of digital economy, this program is oriented to the research and practices of digital, networked, intelligent technology paradigms and business trends.
In the training of international talents, this program will take fully advantages from the cooperation with Alibaba Group, deeply connect with Alibaba Group's internationalization strategy, and continuously integrate with resources of the Group, So as to comprehensively carry out the reform and practice of cultivating talents of global digital trade. This program will converge into the excellent corporate culture of Alibaba Group. Thus, this program creates a unique Alibaba Model, featured with full participation of Enterprise, innovation and entrepreneurship education, and close tightening with industrial development.

u V. Social Participation and Scientific Research
1. Students are required to participate in the internship program and social practicing activities by planning, running, or managing a Cross-border eCommerce project;
2. Students must finish their thesis and successfully defend their thesis before graduation.

1. Curriculum: Teaching is divided into theoretical and practical teaching. Among them, theoretical courses accounted for 65%, and practical courses accounted for 35%.
